Various products are intended for companies and end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in website and mobile app development and technologies
  • Passionate in data driven product development
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Self starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and delivery focused environment
  • Excellent analytic skills and strong intuition of user purchase behaviors
  • Strong drive to make things happen, charisma and ability to influence
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities win min GPA 3.0 on 4.0 scale, MBA / PhD is a plus

Requirements

  • Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to determine the right strategy, initiative & feature set to drive customer engagement & retention of Ralali products.
  • Improve customer experience and drive sales, growth and conversion.
  • Driving product design and planning, and writing specs of new features and enhancements
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and impact
  • Integrate qualitative analysis, user feedback and marketing intelligence into product decisions
  • Working closely with PR, Sales, Operation, Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Technology, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements, and to ensure each launch is carefully planned and well organized to success
