Responsibilities

  • Obtain names and numbers of potential customers and obtain or verify customer information, including address, phone number, and payments methods from telephone directors or purchased lists.
  • Explain products or services in detail and resolve customer issues about orders or payment information.
  • Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
  • Handle customers complaints
  • Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from any field.
  • Have ab experiences in Call Center management, Customer Service and complaint management and Relationship Management
  • At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
