Campaign Manager

Various products are intended for companies and end-users.


  • Assisting in the management of campaign calendar & collaborating for campaign creation.
  • Conceptualizing interesting and relevant campaigns for consumers.
  • Developing campaigns with delightful UX across desktop, mobile site and apps.
  • Using performance tracking, reporting and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Continually refining and revamping campaign planning and execution processes.
  • Working closely with the regional marketing, and design leadership teams to drive aspects of channel optimization, campaign planning as well as catalogue, landing and store page launches
  • Responsible for the category’s onsite (Desktop and Mobile) navigation and conversion rate performance.
  • Full onsite ownership (Look-and-feel, attributes, filtering, features, content and banners) of the category.
  • Develop visual merchandising plans with partner brands to develop effective co-marketing opportunities and branding integrations/activations.
  • Performance tracking and analysis 
  • Ensures each category are given exposure in different online marketing channels (GDN, social media, affiliates, & CRM pushes).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • Analytical mind for using campaign performance inputs data to optimize performance of campaigns.
  • Independent, proactive, critical thinking skills, having willingness to learn, project management ability
  • Flexible with ever changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience & knowledge about e-commerce is a plus
