Operation Staff

  • Perform daily administrative duties and provide assistance to the Operations Manager
  • Prepare and submit claims, update transaction records, manage payments to vendors and other finance related duties.
  • Host visitors and handle incoming calls to qiscus (for general enquiries)
  • Maintain cleanliness for all parts of office.
  • Maintain and update employee data (e.g. marital status, years of service, etc.) and manage filing of employee documents
  • Process accounts and incoming payments as well as monthly sales reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ date, prepare bills.


  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
  • Detail oriented, reliable, multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Possess Basic accounting principles knowledge
  • Ability to speak and write in English
