Sales & Client Success Specialist

We are passionate about enriching lives using Real-Time Communication (RTC) Technology - ie chat, voice/video calls etc. We are a Singapore-based startup with a global vision of empowering business with AI-compliant RTC technologies - telemedicine, virtual consultation with lawyers etc. Unique to our industry, qiscus is designed and built mainly by Indonesians. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Maintain good rapport and expand opportunities with existing clients
  • Identify and penetrate into new clients via marketing activities
  • Identify relevant client needs, prioritise initiatives and execute a clear plan of action for success
  • Follow through the pre- and post-sales activities

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial in mindset and spirit.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing or business development experience in IT solutions
  • Familiarity with AI and Real-Time Communication (RTC) technologies
  • Effective communication, negotiation and meeting skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa
  • Able to travel
  • Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to the management
