Marketing Communication Officer

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

·         Create content (written article) for news, internal product update, website content, blog post, etc and editing and proofreading content as well

·         Leverage social media and other content distribution strategies

·         Create copy for print and online promotional material, e.g: poster, brochure / flyer, banner, video tutorial, social media post, etc

·         Scouting event venues and detailed planning of events

·         Procure offline marketing collateral

·         Sourcing and managing partnerships with campus & vocational schools

·         Analysing post-campaign data

·         Budget tracking & monitoring

·         Planning and coordination of manpower

·         Contribute in ideas towards the design of the look-and-feel of the campaigns

 

Requirements

Key requirements:

·         Willing to learn end-to-end process on Marketing Communication

·         At least one year experience in content writing & creation

·         Excellent in overall writing skills and written communication in a number of different styles/tones

·         At least one year experience in events management

·         Creative and detail oriented

·         Critical-thinker, witty, and a good sense of humour (no one likes reading boring content)

·         Self-starter

·         Strong sense of ownership; ability to see things through from start to finish

·         Strong communication & interpersonal skills; enjoy meeting new people

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Good command of written and spoken English

·         Experience working in a startup dynamic a plus
